Chargrilled Tuna Steak with Fennel Seeds

Cooking Time: 15 mins
2 Tbl fennel seeds
1 Tbl coarsely cracked black pepper
1 Tbl salt flakes
4 Tuna steaks
For the Garnish:
Greek yoghurt (omit for dairy free option)
Matchett’s Chilli Sting
Preserved or fresh lemons
Mix fennel seeds, pepper and salt together.
Coat the outer rim of the tuna steak in the seed mix.
Refrigerate until ready to BBQ or chargrill.
Cook tuna to desired degree.
Sit Tuna steaks on top of individually served Nicoise Salad.
Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and Matchett’s Chilli Sting.
Garnish with a few slices of preserved/fresh lemon, and drizzle with olive oil.
